A fully funded scholarship covers the tuition fee, residence, and insurance and offers a stipend of $450 per month.

Applicants for the Masters Program must have a bachelor’s degree (16 Years of education) and be under the age of 35. However, students who want to apply for a Ph.D. must be under the age of 40 and have a Masters Degree.
